Chemist2U ships orders Australia-wide, including:

We currently as well offer international shipping.


2. Delivery Options

We offer multiple delivery methods depending on your location:

⭐ Same-Day Delivery (Selected Metro Areas)

Available in major cities and eligible suburbs.

  • Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time.

  • Delivery will arrive the same day between 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

  • Applies to both prescription and non-prescription items.

📦 Standard Delivery (Australia Post / Courier Partner)

  • Delivery timeframe: 2–8 business days depending on your region.

  • Tracking number provided once the order is dispatched.

🚀 Express Delivery

  • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days.

  • Recommended for urgent medication orders.

  • Tracking number provided.


3. Processing Times

  • Prescription orders are dispatched only after pharmacist approval and verification.

  • Non-prescription orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Processing delays may occur during public holidays or high-volume periods.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery method

  • Order value

  • Customer location

  • Same-day delivery eligibility

Free shipping may be available during promotions.


5. Prescription Medication Delivery

To comply with Australian medication laws:

  • A valid eScript or prescription must be provided.

  • Chemist2U will contact customers if verification is required.

  • Medications are packed securely and discreetly.

Prescription orders cannot be shipped until all requirements are met.


6. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Delivery updates via email or SMS (if opted-in)

Same-day delivery customers receive real-time driver updates where available.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
Chemist2U is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Redelivery fees from courier partners

  • Lost items due to customer address errors


8. Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable during delivery:

  • Same-day couriers may attempt one redelivery or leave a pickup notification.

  • Australia Post may redirect your parcel to the nearest collection point.

Unclaimed orders may be returned to Chemist2U.


9. Restricted Deliveries

Due to legal and safety requirements, we cannot leave prescription medication:

  • In unsafe locations

  • With unauthorized individuals

  • In parcel lockers without approval

Some items require direct handover.


10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:

Please contact our Support Team within 48 hours with:

  • Photo evidence

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
