Spedra tablets are an erectile dysfunction treatment that uses an active ingredient called avanafil to help you get and maintain an erection. If you, like many men, are struggling to get hard when you have sex, Spedra can help you regain your confidence in the bedroom. Just take one tablet before you’re going to have sex and see the effects within 15-30 minutes.
How Spedra works
Spedra contains an active ingredient called avanafil, which is a type of medication called PDE5 inhibitors. These medications treat erectile dysfunction by helping the blood vessels in your penis to relax, letting blood flow to the area more easily. Increased blood flow is an essential part of getting an erection, so by relaxing your blood vessels, Spedra can help you to get and maintain an erection when sexually stimulated.
Directions
Take one Spedra tablet 15 – 30 minutes before you plan to have sex. Leave an interval of at least 2 days between each dose.

Food & Drink
Spedra can be taken with food or on an empty stomach, but it is important to note that taking it with food can mean that it takes longer to work. You should avoid drinking grapefruit juice for at least 24 hours before taking this medication as it can lead to you accidentally receiving a higher dose of avanafil than you need.
Alcohol
We do not recommend drinking alcohol while taking Spedra as it can increase your chances of experiencing the side effects of this medication. Alcohol can also make it more difficult for you to get an erection.

You should tell your prescriber about any other medications you are taking during your consultation for Spedra. Some medications can interact with this treatment, changing the way your medication behaves and causing unwanted side effects. You should not take Spedra if you are already taking:
