What is Nurofen for Children aged 7 – 12?
Nurofen for Children is a pain relief medication designed for children aged 7 – 12. It’s twice the strength of other Nurofen for Children formulas, making it ideal for older children who need higher doses of pain relief than little ones, but don’t want to take more medicine. This product comes in delicious strawberry and orange flavours and includes a handy measuring spoon that will make getting the right dose a simple task.

Which aches and pains can this medicine be used for?
Nurofen for Children is an ideal remedy for lots of different aches and pains that children can experience every day. Some of the most popular reasons why parents choose Nurofen include:

Muscular pain
Headache
Dental pain
Fever or high temperature
Cold and flu symptoms
Rheumatic pain

How will Nurofen for Children help to ease my child’s pain?
Nurofen for Children contains 200mg of the active ingredient ibuprofen in each 5ml of syrup. Ibuprofen is one of a group of medicines called NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), which means it helps to ease pain by changing how your body responds to it. This helps to reduce pain and inflammation, while also helping to bring down a fever or high temperature.
