Within a few minutes, you can place your order from your device and it will be delivered straight from the chemist to you. Same-day, or next-day, subject to the time of your order.

Do I have to be home to receive my Chemist2U order?

Of course, it is important the person who made the order receives their medicine or prescription, so we prefer that you are home to sign for the order.

But if you are not available, you can nominate an adult to receive the delivery, or provide your authority to leave it somewhere safe.

Why’s my order late?

We apologise if your order is late. Sometimes payment is received after the cut-off time for the delivery window selected. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It varies subject to your delivery method. In major urban areas, most orders are delivered same day.  But if your order is being delivered by AusPost you should allow 1-2 business days (longer if outside of the metropolitan area).
Can I make an order for someone else if they need my help or are in my care?

Yes, if you are ordering for someone outside your household, enter their address as the delivery address and upload their prescription.

When ordering prescription medication you will also create a medical profile for the recipient.  A medical profile includes important information for the dispensing pharmacist, regarding allergies, other medications etc.

What happens if an item is out of stock after I have placed my order?

If your item becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to discuss alternative products or refund options.

Does Chemist2U ship internationally?

Currently, Yes we no do internationally shipping.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item, please report it to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund.

How long will it take for me to get my refund?

Please allow upto 5 business days for your refund to reach your account.

What payment types do you accept?

Currently we do accept ;
Pay ID, bank transfer, PayPal, and Bitcoin transfers.
